Re: Black bar at bottom of some VOOM channels

No, it's not format bars as in issues with aspect ratio. And it's not blank bars for closed captioning either. Quite literally, on 3 of the channels, their is a solid black bar across the bottom of the picture. The first channel, Majestichd, is about 1/2 an inch in height. the second channel, Guytvhd, is about an inch in height, and the third channel, Equatorhd is about 2 inches in height.

With the installer, we determined it's not an issue with the receiver (dishpro 811) since it's not on all channels and the same with the tv (rca d52w20), and the dish itself (1000) has a solid signal on all 3 satellites. I'm curious to know if it's the way these channels are broadcast. Does anyone else here have voom and have the same issues?
