Re: no-compete clause...

Legality doen't seem to be the issue. More like morality. The clause has only one benefit, profits. It takes free will and the ability to make a better wage out of the equation, therefore assuring no competition. You are stuck making what you make. And they don't have to give you a raise because you can't leave. Not too far from communism, and slavery. The only choice you have is to leave the industry or stay. For some reason this does not sound like freedom, or America.
