Black bar at bottom of some VOOM channels

Hi! New to the forum here, and I was told to post my query here by my installer. For some reason, 3 of the channels on the VOOM package through Dish Network have black bars across the bottom of the screen when viewing. It's not general, only 3 channels and the bars are of different sizes. The installer seems to think it's related to the way these channels are compressed, but it seems odd to me that no one has complained about this, if it's a general issue. Any ideas? Thanks!
