but, seriously, that is unfair business practice and should be called on.did they give him his whole check.did he do very many installs. or was this a situation of "let's get rid of this guy before he causes some real losses" type situation.either way there are two difrent circumstances. 1 guy was fired and 1 guy quit. is this a contractor issue or employee. i'm assuming contract as the held the other guy's money for retainage (loosly translated = bull****).
