does the no compete have a radius or specific location or system listed in the no compete clause ?
if not the contract is useless.that's like saying because you signed this contract you can't work for any cable company at all. and theres no judge in the world who wants to take a good hard working man and put him on welfare.and you have to look at this as well does your prime really want to spend the money going to court and hiring an attny over this useless contract.who is the MSO?
as the mso,this may be just a scare tactic to keep a winning horse on the track.
