that's just it trey, although some areas are too low in pay some are not. but take a look at why.should techs receive more pay for shotty workmanship? (i'm refering to the bad ones ).because that's what will happen.the ccompanies will not be able to then compensate or recover from the losses and then what good companies that are out there will fall by the wayside.
you think i'm happy with seeing good techs have to take the lowered pay structure or leaving the field?then you have truly not been listenning to what i am saying.
