For one, you really need to type into paragraphs.
And two, you act like installing satellite is brain surgery, it doesn't take long to learn, and common sense will get your through the rest.
I know exactly the difference between siliconce filled fittings and dialetric grease is, I asked a tech what he was using, and you assumed I didn't know for some strange reason.
As far as training techs, I trained them right and made sure they knew everything to go out on there own, which is more then I can say for some techs that been in the trade a lot longer.
And I did good work, I don't know what jobs you were looking at, but I doubt they were mine, better check again.
