this may be a good fact trey, but, then again,how can you expect to bargain when the install trade is in poor condition.
how can you expect to walk into a negotiation and say we deserve more when the fact of the matter is we need to clean it up first.
bring the turn in S/C down make ourselve a more viable comodity then we have a good strong leg to stand on.
