but heres a fact that people loose track of,
the installer is the real first impression on a customer.and how good is it when a customer is exposed to a bad install?
too many times are they falleing victum to it. two times in any company is too many.and where exactly is the profit in this?
let's get it right here,respect, is something earned and not just a given to be a perk in the trade.
the words fired? everyone has heard them. unjustifiable ? now that's diferent. and who here can say that they went above and beyond the call of duty and never got an ata boy? i know i can't.
