Trey, just let me say that you have done a great job over the years completing your installs and doing most of them correctly. Do you feel better now? What the $%$## do you think you are getting paid for. The company pays you to do it right. Unfortunately the company is not there to give you a reach around every time you do something right because it is expected upon your hire within the organization. I am sorry dude but in every company today there are not enough pat on the backs for doing it right it is so much easier to point out the imperfections because we need to get it right. I do feel your pain but suck it up dude, if you want a pat on the back every day then go in-house.
