and let's talk about the treatment of techs. in what ways are you refering? are you talking about telling some one to go do thier job or they are terminated, or are you talking out and out verbal abuse,please give me more than that trey.
is there a particular incadent you would like to share?
because if not, than you are right my friend, we will always disagree on this point. because i believ a person should do thier job. not cry about it. i believe if you say you can do it, then do it. i believe in getting the job done right the first time not having to go back over and over and over........
you tell us how the industry is getting all the big bucks and that we deserve more of it. this is true.but how can we expect to get more when so many hacks have flooded in and caused the demand for less?
does evry one remember the primestar days?
does every one remember the quality of installs back then?
they were top notch right? what happened?when primestar went out and all these conversions started all these hacks started as well. and now look at things.oh, but i guess those bad installs are the result of unfare treatment and wage dropping.
