why?

well trey, it has to start somewhere. if you truly love this industry to make changes,why not?
it's oh so easy for every one to sit back and say union, we need a union. when the cold reality is we all know what needs to be done. our end needs to be cleaned up.plain and simple. and as far as the suits managing, i thought that's what was going on with the in house guy's. are you saying they aren't getting QC'd by the management?
