Also, as far as us policing each other, why? Why continue to do more work and recieve less. Why cant we expect the suits to do their job. The suits are supposed to be out there managing. Why is it the suits get a pass from you. They justify their salaries by saying the manage the work force, but yet you expect everyone else to manage the workforce, but them. Why is it ok for them to sit back while we manage for them. Why is that not an issue. Why do you feel we should do their jobs for them, without compensation.
