sumahit, I wasnt saying his opinion were wrong. I was just saying the info he based his views were incorrect.
But I have a few questions.
1. Do you think if every install completed was up to code and got a 10 from the customer, do you think installers would get better treatment?
2. In what other industry is their a 100% success rate. And is it reasonable to ever expect it.
3. If the quality of installs is hurting the bizz SO much, how has both cable and satellite experienced so much growth and success, and how is it that satellite companies rank so high in customer service. Does everyone else get a pat on the back for this except installers?
4. Do you really think if all installs were done perfectly installers would recieve better treatment?
