Yeah those are your opinions and your opinion s_cks buddy!!! You must be some kind of suit to be soooo concerned with what's going on at the managerial level with repeats and customer complaints instead of being concerned with getting paid more for u and your family!! Maybe u should do your research about the union if u r not a suit. If they did increase your hourly wage by $3 an hour, do u know how much money that is ; Do your math! That's $24 extra per day, $120 extra per week, $480 extra per mnth, $5760 extra per year!! Assuming the union does take $30 per week (which they don't , it's per month genius) that's still only $1440 out of your check per year to the union while the employee gets $4320 extra per year and $5400 per year based on mnthly union dues(again which is the way it's done). So I think u need to do your reasearch first and then speak!!!!!!!!!!
