HSP Taking To Much

Perhaps a union is not the best way to deal with HSP and subcontractors. Perhaps the best result is to file a class action lawsut against "every" HSP, and subcontractor who is using tech's for installations. Class action lawsuits brings everyone into the class, and the courts thus have the power to enforce contracts in every state. This is class diversified jurisdiction. Anyone willing to join this class action.Do't be afraid. Set an example for others. Once HSP are sued under class action, there is little they will or can do to make your life uncomfortable.
