I am not sure if this will help, but when you say 3 T-1's do you purchase them separately or as a T-3 (DS3) and mux-demux them yourself? Any company should give you a better deal on a higher bandwidth circuit other then purchasing them separately. As Emerger said, this is how the larger MSO's are able to provide the bandwidth they do by purchasing large bandwidth OCn circuits for a designated amount of time. The longer the contract the cheaper the circuit. Some companies will allow you to run your fiber to a splice can in the field in order to use their dark fiber and utilize the circuit they just sold you. Hope this is useful.
