Yes, some of the FTA receivers could be programed to pick up DN for free, completely illegal. We have in the last few months been getting calls to come out and put up DN for those rascals that had been doing that. DN scambled the signal so they could no longer see a picture but could still here the sound . So now if they want DN they have to pay like the rest of us.
I did hear recently that some had still found a way to get get DN on their FTA again, still illegal.
