I can't help youwith your speeds but I own a system that is very simular,I also have 3 t 1 ,I have 340 customers and my unlimited modem here at the house runs from 1500 to 2500. My customers have 3 meg down load and 512 upload. You signal to noise higher than mine. My system is broke up in to 3 cmts , I have fiber connecting a hub with the tower and 2 other system connected by wireless backhaul. I dont think I could make a 28 amp system work especially with only 1 cmts input.I have 12 inputs now and still have problems. What is the cable modem return band width, I normally run mine at 1600 khz when I have problems with C/N I reduce it to 200 khz which raises my c/n but it slows the modems down like you described. This is interesting. Chuck
