You know whats funny about that story? I actually had one of my Instructors in College challenge GOD, but differently. He asked us, whoever believes that the GOD is real and created everything, stand up......most of the class stood. Then he asked, who believes in evolution or other Scientific theories...stand up. Then finally, he asked who believes in both, and a couple of people stood up.....he rewarded the later with bonus points that would count towards our grades, and a huge debate broke out...it was, to say the least very interesting. As the debate progressed, we had to break up several near violent collisions between the groups.
