this is true, and here in chas, thwey tried to keep us ignorant of each other and in comp, so as to keep us unorganized. but it didn't work all the time.
they even went so far as tro tell us in a meeting that if they called us and told us to do something, not to call the tech we were helping and just do it. I would always call the tech and find out what help he needed and we would get whatever problem fixed, I learned this after going across town to fix a problem that had already been fixed.
