Can you identify this make of roller?

We have a type of roller that our crews would like to have more of. Problem is we have no information on make or model. We've sent descriptions and photos to suppliers, they are unable to identify this, but are more than willing to sell something else. :9)

The measurements on this particular one are:

Body width - 3 3/4" on center
Body height - 9"
Body shaft diameter - 1/2"

Roller width - 1 3/8"
Roller length - 1 7/16"
Roller shaft length - 4 15/16"
