The reason "The Suits" dont like it is because they will have to pay more money to get less work done and sacrifice quality, and they dont want to be alienated at their own company, and constantly fight lawsuits over 15 minuet breaks, extra days off , and people who just want to try to get rich quick by making up some BS story about how they were wronged.
