that is true the harder we work the more we make. whens the last time a union guy can go to his boss and say im in a little trouble man and i could use 2 weeks of 10 sat installs in a day(in the summer ) and his boss says how about 11 installs if yu can do them,a union guy go in and request for over time might as well get a second job,my point if i want to make $3000.00 in a week i can and if i want to make only $1000 a week i can and nobody tells me that i can only work 8 hrs a day cause theres no room in the budget for that.i bust my a$$ for the money i make and no one can take that from me,not union but still damm proud of my work
