By all means, continue. If you are happy, fine. Dont change anything if things are going the way you like it. Im just giving my " Feelings on Unions". Not trying to get you to take a step backwards. You seem to like how the big boys profits get higher and the installer pay as a whole goes down. This has been going on for years, so maybe this is good thing. I dont know anymore. Usually people who dont want change are happy with their current situation. So maybe cable and DBS installers are happy and feel they are getting a FAIR share. If so, by all means, keep the tradition of rate/wage lowering, increase in supply cost, increase in insurance cost, and increase in gas prices alive.
