I feel ya dawg.
On the other side, sometimes you get the lead guy who is over his head and so the techs all pay the price for their leads inadequecies/ mismanagement. Or the company that is barely getting enough equipment to keep their techs who live 60 miles+ away, stocked to complete the weeks work and so the techs have to scramble and try to make it to all their appointments plus manage the equipment on the underhand.
This business keeps us on our toes.
