120/50 +custom. That would be a livable wage in MN.
That is cheap figuring we are including: tech pays for drop, Personal vehicle and insurance, the danger pay of working the winters, living up to strict guidelines, and doing a increasingly amount of paper work, and being held liable for everything.
And using our own cell phones waiting about a hour a day on dispatch.
