I wish people would call when I left equipment. I have lost a 18v dewalt hammer drill and a leather jacket to customers not being honest. Here's the link from where I bought them.

That one is the only one I don't know what it is for. Sounds like diddler knows the most about it. Looks like it is just another tool for storage.
