You should call the cable co up and inform them your cableguy left his tools, or don't.
Seriosly though, the tool on the upper left is what I guess you are looking at. It looks like a leather punch, or a compression tool. Good luck on your quest.

Looks like somebody's found some tools! If you are a customer and are trying to see how much that stuff is worth here, shame on you.
