Dtv White Line

I have had a couple service calls where the cust is complaining of a single wide white line going down the center of the screen, and losing audio. This is only happening on the local spanish stations from chicago through DTV broadcast. I have checked the ground /connections but did not replace any boxes since it happens on all tv's at the same time. I have not seen the problem myself but am willing to bet its the station its self since they are low budget stations. PLEASE HELP
