A 2 amn crew at 12-14 hours per day could concievably do that number. But many variables to consider:
1) How many drops are rehangs?
2) How many drops are frontside?
3) How is work issued (ie pick a street or is it routed)?
4) Is there a scope of work or is it made up by techs?
5) Are you follwoinf a cleanup crew or climbing over debris?
6) Is this just a ploy by contractors to get crews in that can't do math?
