C-Cor naviCor 862 FlexNet 900 Series Node Info.

I just got on a project and they about to splice in the node these are the C-Cor naviCor flex nodes the 862 MHz 900 series.
There are 6 out put ports the bottom 4 are split down to out put as in a FNB/FNT now my question is:

I have 2 feeders, 2 trunks, the trunk is running out @ 50/40 the feeder @ 47/37. How do I configure this when splicing? Years past when dealing with C-cor I know that the only way to tweak the bottom 4 out puts is by using the bridger Pad/Eq location but this affects all 4 ports equally, the only other option I have is the ability to split the distribution on either side with an internal spl there fore I can't run two different levels from the bottom ports right? (50/40, 47/37) So the only other option I have is the 2 top ports right now can I tweak the top 2? One other question, I am sweeping these locations also, where is my reverse injection point to optimize?
it's easyer to ask for forgiveness than permission
