thats not in another country, I saw the whole video. Thats a guy in New Orleans, hes' throwing the cocktail at a rescue chopper, then he said Bush made the hurricane because he was out to get him because he voted against him. Jesse Jackson heard it and swore up and down that GOD din't make the hurricane and that it was all Bushs' plot to keep the black man down. So I guess if god made the hurricane....George W.
