Qwest is running the same program here in OR. It was a nightmare at first. Qwest CSR's neglected to inform customers of the $5 fe for add. receivers. They often told customers they could get free DVR's & Hi-def's when at the time, there was no such thing as free (especially Hi-defs). Probably the biggest problem was them setting up 90% of the work orders as 4 box installs (when about 5% of them actually were. You can imagine what that did to our points.It's finally come aaround though & its working out pretty good (after 4 months of hell).
