I believe in line item pricing across the board . Hourly will be included as a line item price. I don't like hourly execpt for Storm damage. Hourly is for lazy people in my book . The way to operate is everyone in the whole company is a contractor no one on the clock. Everyone is paid from production. I ensue that the people in the org. are at the top of their trade,not hacks and thieves . Why would the mother co's recognise the org. ? Because we certify our contractors assuring quality . What does quality assure , simply a lower cost of doing business .
