Sorry, what i mean is that they charge back all the install if the customer cancels within 90 days. We have 3 techs that have talked to a attorney and he looked over our contracts and said that we are in titled to out hold back b/c of breach of contract. this last office manager was activating accounts in customers names 3 days before the install in order to get his quota. dirty, I called him on it and got him fired. now the new manager has already lied to me about a install. the next day he said I was no longer needed. I have done over 250 installs with Direct View with out any complaints nor service calls (a few faulty receivers).
