Direct View?

I am a tech in Chattanooga needing some help.
Direct view has charge backs for installation of direct Tv. has anyone ever herd of this? Also a new manager has already broke my contract as written. and I am demanding my hold back. I was wandering if their were more techs out their with the same problem?
