God GW you brought back some memories, I still remember the sound of your hooks in Mc Donald's and your right back then you never took them off, I remember when Wayne & Mike and Lee went into sign the contract for Dallas, Mike and Lee had their suits on all pressed and tight, Wayne shows up still half trashed from the night before in a pair of beach shorts, sun glasses and that bug ugly Hawaiian shirt he always wore, Wayne didn't give a f***, because he knew he was going to be the man spear heading the contract, and we were all men back then, there was no room for excuses, ASI would hire 20 men a day, 2 would last the week and our splicing force grew up to around 200 top splicers by the end of Dallas, all out of vans on hooks, (except for the pussy techs) I'll never forget I was down in Houston on Wayne's mobile crew, it was about 2 in the morning and I heard these girls screaming, well I opened my motel door and there was Wayne, bare assed naked except for the sun glasses chasing a couple girls down through the second floor ramp with a 1/2 gallon in his hand howlin,,, It always makes me smile and I'll always miss that crazy bastard along with the rest of the crews to mention the Dearden brothers, Eric Herbert, Jay, big Stan, Joe the biker, Mike, Doug, Boston, Ricky, Rick, Pete, and so on, they just don't make em like that anymore.
