I think the bottom line young bro is if the mso is paying do as they say. Ive been through a few storm damage jobs myself in 19 years of this crap. Ive been asked to do alot of things including repair of broken drops. Yes Ive twisted new messanger to old to make it work. Some old dogs may have trouble w/ this but as long as Im taking there money I do as they say if the #s are right.
Just be carefull in the area, remember 220 to 10,000 volts can ruin your day in an instant and during storm damage is when it counts.
