Ok here's whats up......Try a C-Band bandpass filter (3.7-4.2 Ghz) from Microwave Filter (toll free 1-800-448-1666) www.microwavefilter.com.
This band pass filter goes between the feedhorn and the LNB.
Also make sure you are using Digital compatible LNB's as well.
Radar interference like you have described is not an uncommon problem in fact I just added a few to my system. I've seen this problem just about everywhere I've been.
In most cases these band pass filters work like a champ....cost is around $300.00 to $400.00 each....I know it's a lot of money but in most cases it's the only fix you can get.
Believe me chances are the interferance won't go away on it's own.
