sounds like AWACS radar, which is the big plane with the large
revolving platform on top, if you have ever seen a picture of one.
we (charter in ne tennessee) had this problem and installed
TI filters on the feedhorns, which cleared the problem.
apparently since 9-11, the military is keeping a closer watch on
the skies over the us more than they used to.
