i do dtv and have a perfect record with the non responder list just think about how they check them what does dtv say when you tell them no phone lines where ever you close out you jobs you know what to tell them if dtv is not putting the hit to the box then your not going to be on the nonresponder list. if the phone cord doesnot reach a jack then ill charge to run a phone line and of course its a home run line no daisy chain here. i run tivo lines for free because they need them to operate right,just remember you signed the contract so you need to hold up your end of the deal,.by the way phone line refusal forms are a great thing to have
