I have contracted and have worked in house. Realize that all the bull **** little stuff you have to put up with as a contractor do not get pushed aside in house. For every extra piece of paper you fill out on an install as a contractor, you will fill out two as in house. You are contained to follow rules as tech supervisor sees fit, and if you do something to get fired you are not employable, in most cases, with the contractors working there. And the number one reason to not go in house, I have never made $1100 in one day working in house. Just my thoughts good luck
