thats adolecent talk....rupert murdock bought dtv under the belief that he could continue his euopean interactive success here...and found that dtv/ironwood etc didnt exactly enforce the phone line thing...wait till the f.o.m. finds out youre telling customes that and you'll never work dtv again..
its just like grounding man none of us wanted to do that either but now ...its cool thats my job...remember any of us can talk a customer "out" of anything....but our job is to get it done...good luck...
