hey guys, the phone line is a marketing scam- they download the info custermers watch and sell that viewing info to companies like home and garden, sports mags the such- remember, dtv has customers address and ph.# and sells it to advertising companies. However,this is public information and I'm sure they signed something that holds that up-just inform your customers about this, it will catch on and dtv will probably drop that notion once the word is out. You can go to dtv.com for downloads for pay per view.
