While I agree with the bad apple comment, we all must understand that mistakes are going to happen......in all aspects of cable.
In my opinion, one should not bad mouth a company because of certain mistakes that techs have made. If that was the case, then every company in the business would be considered one big "bad apple". I am sure you understand where I am coming from.
Personally, I have been with SZF/CAVO Communications Inc. for 2 years now. I have worked for several prime contracting companies doing construction and plant work. I have even worked in-house with Comcast. We are hands down the best company I have worked for and will ever work for.
I could go on for hours and write a book, but I wont. I am sure you get my point.
