Mr. Justin Johnson, I have already had this conversation with your boss Bill. As I told him I was not bad mouthing SZF/CAVO as a whole, just some of the people that you have working for you. My problem with SZF has been having to return to homes to redo the home theater installation because your techs unhooked everything and one even told the customer that they didn't need the home theater because the hd receiver took care of everything. As Bill said all companies have bad apples, you just have to find them.
