there already is a license in this industry but I guess your not a sbca certified tech as one i can tell you requiring it as lots of companies are now opting to do is a waste since the test has very little to do with the industry any way i have ran my own contract company for 11 years now and have had very few problems mainly because when i hire a tech i verify exp. and then do a on site Q.C. of their first job if there is anything this industry needs it is more competent trainers so these new guys are learning the right way to do it in stead of struggling to figure what to do when left to fend for their selfs by trainer that are only training so they can get a bonus for each one turned out that is just my opinion but every one has the right to have their own
