Re: answer some questions

I agree with you Midwest Splicing, what this disaster did was expose the incompetence of the elected officials of Louiasana and the affected areas, it also showed that the head of FEMA don't have a clue as to how to deal with a disaster of this magnitude. ( It is totally different from being President of an Arabian Horse Club ) Anyhow as I was about to say this disaster really showed how many people in those stated don't have and their leaders do not care about them because instead of waiting for outside help they could have used what they had on hand immediately and probably save some more lives. With regards to the administration my only beef is how the hell you can send relief to a foreign country the following day after a disaster but at home it takes you five days, can anyone tell me? . Now for all who want to make an issue over what Clinton did and did not do or what Bush should have done check your records, ( I personally am not a fan of GB #2 ) but remember in the Clinton era it was easier to declare a state of emergency etc. because it was post 911, but since then Homeland security got involved and everything had to go through a lot of RED TAPE . Just my input .................. GOD Bless America and all the victims of Katrina...............
