Brother I was inhouse for ten years; I have to say that I was lucky that I worked for a good dam company out of fla- called Excel cable. real good people to work for. I know that any time my truck would go down that it was nice to have one to jump in to, also any time i needed money they would send it. payed Vac, Benif, and all the other extras that come with it, Dont get me wrong I have alot of good freinds that are subs, and Ihave nothing bad to say about them or how they take care of there buiss- and would work right beside them any day of the week. but if you got a chance to go inhouse and the company seems to be a good company to work for I would try it. because if the buiss- picks back up (and the real doggs knows that it will ) I will try to sub. if you go inhouse good luck and its just some thing els that you can say you have done in CABLE T.
